Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the HBM STORE website
(www.hbmcart.com) and your purchase of any service listed on it. By
placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

WHAT WE SELL
HBM STORE provides remote, service-based deliverables only — no physical
goods are shipped. Current services: AI Agent Setup, Custom Logo & Brand
Kit, Shopify Store Setup (Qatar), Small Business Digital Setup, and
One-Time Computer Support. Each product listing states what's included;
anything not listed is out of scope unless agreed in writing (email
counts) before work starts.

ORDERING AND INTAKE
Placing an order is a request to begin a service, not an instant
deliverable. After checkout we'll reach out (email or WhatsApp) to
confirm scope, collect anything we need from you (e.g. store access,
brand materials, account credentials), and agree a timeline. Work starts
once that intake is complete, not at the moment of payment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Where a service requires access to your own systems (a Shopify admin, an
email account, a WhatsApp Business number, a domain registrar), you're
responsible for granting access safely — a scoped collaborator or staff
account, not a shared password, wherever the platform supports it — and
for revoking that access once the engagement ends. We'll ask for the
narrowest access the job needs.

PAYMENT
Prices are shown in QAR. Payments are processed through Paddle.com, our
payment provider and merchant of record, who handles billing, applicable
sales tax/VAT, and payment security on our behalf. By completing a

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Once a service is paid in full and delivered, ownership of the specific
deliverable (a logo file, a configured agent, a built store) transfers to
you. We keep the right to display finished work in our own portfolio
unless you ask us not to in writing. Any underlying tools, templates, or
code libraries we use to deliver the work remain ours or their original
owners'.

LIABILITY
We deliver services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent
permitted by Qatari law, HBM STORE's liability for any claim arising from
a service is limited to the amount paid for that service. Nothing in
these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Law No. 8 of
2008 on Consumer Protection, or under any mandatory provision of the
Qatar Civil Code (Law No. 22 of 2004) — in particular, we do not exclude
liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or fraud.

ELECTRONIC CONTRACTING
Orders placed through this site are electronic transactions recognised
under Decree-Law No. 16 of 2010 on Electronic Commerce. A confirmation
email or order receipt constitutes a valid record of the transaction.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any dispute
not resolved directly falls under the jurisdiction of the competent
courts of Qatar.

CHANGES
We may update these Terms; the version in effect at the time you place an
order applies to that order.
